Order processing times: Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Order received after 5pm UK will be processed on the next business day. We post via Royal Mail and do not operate during UK holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the UK typically arrive within 7 working days. International orders take longer- please communicate with us via email regarding ETA.

International orders: We can ship internationally and will communicate price and timelines via email. Customers are responsible for import duties.

Local pick-up options: To avoid postal charges, we offer pickup from Tilford Green, Surrey, GU10 2BN, Mon-Sat 09:00-3:00pm. Please bring your ID when you pick up your order. 

Exchange policy summary: We can swap sizes at the pick up location. Worn kit is not eligible for return. 

Exchange deadlines: Returned sizes within 30 days of receipt.
